Holmes Miller Secures Place on Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework
Holmes Miller has been appointed to Lot 4: Architecture on Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework, a national framework valued at up to £175 million over four years. This achievement reinforces Holmes Miller’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions across the UK as a whole.
Following a highly competitive tender process, Holmes Miller joins a select group of 120 specialist firms – 85% of which are SMEs – appointed to provide expert consultancy services for the built environment. The framework supports public sector organisations, including housing providers, local authorities, education, NHS, and blue-light services, offering a compliant route to market under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The framework covers 15 lots, including architecture, project management, engineering, and sustainability services, enabling members to access experienced and qualified consultants for projects of any scale, complexity, or value.
