Holmes Miller’s masterplan development at Cambuslang for 300 houses and industrial/commercial uses has taken a big step forward with the granting of detailed planning permission for 195 houses for Dawn Homes and Keepmote.

The site sits beside the River Clyde and the land gently slopes down to the river where a new section of the Clyde Walkway is proposed. A new central access boulevard is to be constructed linking across the site from Cambuslang town centre to Cambuslang Road.
