Ravenhill Stadium, Belfast

A Gilbert Ash led Integrated Supply Team consisting of Holmes Miller (Architect), Horgan Lynch (Civil/Structural Engineer) and Dellap & Waller (Building Services Engineer) has successfully delivered the redevelopment of Ravenhill Stadium in Belfast for Ulster Rugby.
The project consisted of the construction of three new stands that results in the capacity increasing from 11,712 to approximately 18,000. In addition to the three new stands, the work includes associated demolition, safety & accessibility ground improvements works, relocation of the War Memorial and site works. The Stadium remained operational on Match Days throughout the construction works.
Phased handover saw the Aquinas and Memorial stands handed over in September 2013 and the remaining works, including the new Grandstand, handed over in March 2014.
