Dundee Schools PPP

This project comprised the design, construction and funding of two new secondary and six primary schools, including the provision of two community swimming pools in the secondary schools, and built over two phases. Phase 1 has provided four new primary schools and one secondary school, with Phase 2 delivering the remaining two primaries and new Academy.

The Dundee Schools PPP project comprises of:

• A new-build replacement for Grove Academy;
• Macalpine / Brackens Primaries replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• St. Columba’s / St. Margaret’s Primaries replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• Downfield Primary & Kirkton Nursery replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• Mid Craigie / Mossgiel Primaries replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• Douglas / Powrie Primaries replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• Fintry Primary & Fintry Nursery replaced by a new-build Primary School;
• A new-build denominational Secondary School, St Andrews.
