Skanska’s office relocation to Eurocentral afforded an opportunity to create a high quality working environment for its new Scottish headquarters.

Holmes Miller was engaged to design a stylish and contemporary fit-out – delivering a complete working environment which reflects the aspirations of a professional and forward thinking organisation.

The layout comprises of a stylish client-facing reception and waiting space, delivering a strong first impression and reinforcing the Skanska brand; together with a functionally flexible office accommodation – designed to embrace new ways of working, with strategic positioning of important facilities and meeting spaces/rooms, open office areas and amenity areas grouped around a core of central support facilities.
The light and bright interior design features innovative use of colour and bespoke fitments, enhanced by Skanska’s corporate wall graphics.
